Teaching Methods

Teachers use cooperative learning for the teaching methods. Because of the school have a lot of students for each class. Which is consist of 38 until 40 students. It requires teacher to make a groups study. Teachers gave some explanation about the lesson easily and clearly, then the students get some exercise to do. Teachers have already prepared the lesson and the materials. The teacher sometimes use microphone while learning process to make sure students can hear the voice in the class and using a teaching display for some topic of the subject.

Learning Materials and Innovation

The learning material that teachers used are projector, laptop, slide presentation, video presentation, torso, live media and other technology to teach. But this technology just can give by teachers, because the students not allowed to bring laptop, handphone and other gadget even thought for the lesson.

Sources of Learning and Technology

Sources of learning is based on the school text book, some teachers have electronic book, and educational websites, worksheet and extra sheets are made by themself depends on the subjects. Some teacher using a laptop and power point to teach in the class room.

Authentic Assessment

The teacher use cognitive, affective, and psycomotoric to assess the students. The learning assessment for cognitive domain could be question & answer and worksheet; the affective domain could be asked the student to compare, relate, and show the activity like drama; the psycomotoric domain could be assess with make a diagram, pathway, product, slogan, poster, etc  related the subject matter.
